02 // Onboard the Heck Out of It
Once we decide which route is best for you, we move ahead with onboarding! Proposals, contracts, invoices—all the things necessary to make sure we all feel really good about what we are committing to with each other. Trust me, no one likes to be blindsided so we take pride in our onboarding process.
03 // Project Timeeeee
We create estimated timelines for your project, and barring no adjustments, we work to get everything done in that timeline! Here we will dive in with builds, calls, support —whatever you’ve booked us for. We communicate every step of the way and you have access to our team via Voxer if you need touchpoints along the way.
04 // Offboard & Launch
We hope you’ll work with us forever *sigh*, but we also know at some point we, as moms, have to let the baby birds fly. At whatever point you’re ready to launch or take the reins back yourself, we are there to help you transition every step of the way. Most projects (brand, web design, strategy, etc.) get 2 weeks of launch support via Voxer.
